Although the checkout will apply national carriage charges any orders received from local addresses will be delivered free of charge, or may be collected, and carriage charges refunded to source between time of ordering and time of delivery.
A VAT Invoice for the final amount paid will be delivered with the goods.

ONSITE VISITS are available to customers located within ten miles of Lower Kingswood. A home or business premises visit can be arranged to solve software problems, advise on upgrades or replacement equipment, setup email packages, configure an Internet connection or advise on a range of difficulties you may be experiencing with your IT equipment. If regular help is needed we can provide remote desktop help via telephone and Internet connection to provide a quicker service at lower cost.

WE SUPPLY quality computer components, pre-built and barebone computers to end users, system builders, home and office, educational and corporate users. We also build computers to the individual specifications of customers with particular requirements. You choose disk and memory size, case, type of optical drive etc and we will build the computer and install either Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Professional Edition or Windows XP Media Center Edition.
Free delivery to locations within five miles of Lower Kingswood, delivery charges from £4.25 according to size and weight for other destinations. Customer collection is also available. We will advise when goods are available for collection.

DELIVER AND INSTALL SERVICE available to customers who would like a computer installed, configured for the Internet, Mail Accounts, Printer, Scanner and Home Networking etc. Pricing from £30 depending on extent of work required.

REPAIRS & TUNE-UPS If your computer has slowed down so much it is infuriating to use it may be because of viruses, lost shortcuts, fragmented disk space, lack of disk space, overrun by adware implants, lack of memory or a combination of these factors. Our Tune-Up service will check all these aspects, correct software errors and produce a report detailing any hardware upgrades we advise. We can collect the computer from you, complete the service, return and re-install for £40 (inc VAT). If you need any parts we will advise you before commencing the work.
